Looking for honeymoon ideas in South Tyrol

Hi everyone

My fiance and I will be in Europe in July/August for our honeymoon, we'll be travelling from Canada and it will be our first time travelling overseas as well.

I've booked a hotel for us in Laives from July 23-30, pretty close to Bolzano.

Are there any places for us that are a must-see? We're planning on doing some moderate level hikes (for reference we've done some hiking in the Rockies in Colorado which thoroughly kicked our butts but we enjoyed it TONS) so hiking recommendations are also well appreciated.

We aren't super fond of big crowds as we both come from pretty small towns, but willing to push through it if its for something worth it

We will have a rental car for the week and we also are totally fine using public transportation if its more convenient. We will also have the South Tyrol guest passes from the hotel so that gives us some free admissions/free public transit.
