When did the Colts home games stop doing that "heeeyyy oh" call and response thing?

Was it just until the move from the RCA Dome?

Been watching a bunch of random games from the past recently while I work, and I was too young to have been a fan back when this was a 'thing', so just learning about it.

It's honestly pretty weird, very late 90s-early Aughts and it creeps me out for some reason.
