For those weirded out with PASWG's weird satirical tropes and views. (DISCUSSION)

I watched the show thinking it has light jokes and funny topics but no, I eventually questioned the show's intention, it makes me uncomfortable but now I know why. Thats what Gainax Studio (The studio who made PASWG) wanted you and me to feel about those overly sexulized and satirical anime tropes, being uncomfortable and questioning its existence in the show.

My Experience with PASWG: When i first watched the show, its funny, with funny characters and i love their vulgar dialogue and cant help liking Stocking more because I lean in the less-crazy side instead of leaning into the crazy side of Panty and ive became fond of her reserved and smart self while questioning Panty's preferences. Eventually I see Stocking being a deadpan / low effort version of Panty, still reserved but has a "preference" of masochism (sex) and BDSM type shit, being tied up by 2 demons, tied up by an octupus making her feel good, stripping to lure truck drivers to steal their truck out of the dry dessert, losing a trial and getting repeatedly electrocuted and seeing her literally release a pool of semen in sexual excitement / sexual stimulation. Because of that, I kind of hate that the character i actually love and relate to turn to Panty's low effort reserved twin, but then looking more into the studio's intention, i realize me being uncomfortable and questioning them is literally the point of the show, i come to see that Gainax Studio'a intention is to throw a grenade on western media, oversexulised hentai/anime tropes (mostly every genre), fanservice, and even religous corruption via. Garterbelts questionable actions as a "priest" and me being uncomfortable shows that the PURPOSE of the show has reached its goal, its nude-like content isnt here to make you feel good or aroused, its to make it violently, uncomfortable to show people those hentai/anime tropes and fanservice is not something we should actually look forward to and the PASWG shows how uncomfortable and messed up it can actually be.

We shouldn't take it personally, Stocking is still the reserved goth girl we all love, she doesnt actually prefer masochistic sex and BDSM, Gainax Studio just made her do those things to make is uncomfortable about weird hentai tropes, and its not an actual preference by Stocking, its not what she actually wants to do willingly, shes just a tool to show those weird things but she doesnt take it to account. Its all SATIRE, in-universe Stocking wouldnt actually like it but Gainax Studio still does it to her to make us uncomfortable and helps us see through problems in western and anime media.

And no i dont question panty, well panty is panty but i also like stocking to stay stocking, not another panty (which she isnt because its just the show's satirical views and content, in-universe she wouldnt actually do things like that, she has a dignity HAHAAHHA)
