Hey, I got spoiled about that masked guy betraying guts and the group, I'm only on chapter 3 of the golden age arc but this was spoiled a while ago to me, am I not going to be as sad when I read berserk?

I just, I see people talk about the pain this manga brings on people, and I WANT to feel it, I was spoiled by this one thing, is this going to negatively affect my reading experience? Also, I don't often read manga, and I feel like I'm reading it too fast, like in the fighting scenes, I just kind of grasp that they're fighting, and zoom past the panels, am I doing it wrong? Anyone, so far, it's been great, I'm a pretty... How you say, I'm used to dark things so I probably won't be AS sad as other people, like when Guts was raped as a nine-year-old I was just like "Dang... I wasn't expecting that." But I wasn't, broken. Anyway, let me know. Thanks, no spoilers!
