does anyone know where else to make online friends?

I've been kinda struggling to make online friends here in Reddit, a lot of the conversation I had only lasted a day and I barely receive any messages at all when I post my intro. I've tried certain apps but i have barely any success too, a lot of people are just inconsistent, dry, and will ghost you within a few days. So idk really know what other options I could do, I've tried discord but It doesn't seem to work out for me like I can't really find people like me in discord.

I would really appreciate any advice like anything. Do I just keep trying here in Reddit or even discord? I do admit that people here in Reddit are better than the other apps I've tried.
