Fiddle rework is bad

It's straight up bad....
If you stop to think about it, the only relevant change is to his Q, that apply fear with abilities if you're out of vision. His passive is just a glorified ward, even his older passive was better than that....

His Q is straight up worse, since you can't chain multiple fears because it has an internal cooldown.
His W is worse, it only heals and refunds cooldown on the end, and since it's easily interruptable
His E does less damage, has less ranged, is easy to dodge

If you think about it, they buffed his Ult (his best ability already) giving it a fear, and nerfed all his other stuff. Basically transformed him into a 1 trick pony more than he already was.... They could've easily changed his Q to the new one and kept all his older kit. cringe. They champion is less played now than he was before, good job
