College Rd/Monkey Junction Police Presence/Road Block

Help! Does anyone know what’s going on or how I can find out?

My daughter is almost to our neighborhood and there are 6+ sheriff cars, they’re out walking around, and they won’t let her pass by. She’s on College right before the apartments, Still Meadow Dr. she’s been sitting there 20 min, they told her she’d have to wait.
