Keyboard and Mouse freezing and repeating inputs.

I have been struggling to find a result to my problem for days. I have an issue where if I am tttttttttttttttyping anything it will freeze my mouse in place and fffffffffffffffffreeze all inputs on my keyboard and not stop until 2 seconds later. My mouse is also having an issue where it will freeze in place and jump to where it would have been for 2 seconds. I have installed new drivers and even downgraded certain driiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiivers for my motherboard and BIOS. I even reinstalled drivers for my keyboard and mouse multiple times. I even swapped different keyboards and mice but resulted in the same issue no matter the product. IIIIIIIIIIIIIIIII have just recently upgraded my computer (custom built, no model number) from a MSI B350 motherboard to a Gigabyte B550 Eagle Wifi 6... and my CPU was upgraded from a Ryzen 5 1400 to a Ryzen 5 5500. I made sure windows was enabled and got a new product key. I have changed graphical settings, I even tried different articles and videos to help resolve this.
