Fridge storage
How do I keep them in the fridge when my fridge either is too warm or too cold?
This ten degree span of 36 to 46 is a nightmare. I know I've frozen some shots in the past because there were many consecutive weeks where my loss was nothing and a whole month is one lb. I would get cravings and food noise on the second day. I've would often feel like I was on nothing.
First they were tossed in the crisper, then they were sat on a shelf, and now they are in a slightly insulated lunch pack with a bottle of water to keep it from fluctuating and a meat probe thermometer inside.
So, its summer and there's no way of keeping it outside the fridge, but I'm just not able to settle them into a routine where I dont worry theve gotten too cold.
Anyone have suggestions?
