why do i have 0 self confidence

i am not a type of person to do something like this but this has been going on for years and im kinda desperate atp. why do i have 0 self confidence if im not an ugly guy and have a better life than most. i really dont get it atp, i have a better life than most and im not brutally ugly, i just dont get why i have 0 confidence. i recieve compliments daily from people i dont even know and i cant seem to accept any of them, i have so much self hatred its kind of concerning and i have 0 reason for it. i dont get it im just looking for any advice possible while drowning out everything with a couple shots.
