Will Shelly EM work in the Philippines 220-240V?

I'm from the Philippines, and wanted to start monitoring our power consumption after seeing this month's power bill reach PHP 8200 (145 USD). I want to go for Shelly, specifically the Shelly EM as the company is highly respected by Home Assistant and it's users.

But the thing that's worrying me is if this is compatible with the Philippines' power setup. I'm not the one installing this, but talking with the relative who did our house wiring, our house is 220-240V Line-to-Line, no neutral.

Shelly doesn't really have a local distributor here, so might as well ask if the warranty is also applicable for non-US users.
