What other shows remind you of Dexter?

I was watching The Waterfront and they have a character who saw someone murdered in front of them when they were a child and it messed them up. It’s also mentioned they were found with blood all over them.

Which naturally makes me think of Dexter. So what other shows have made you think of it?
