Tips for feet pain

For context let me start with I am overweight. And my feet are not used to walking around 8 hours a day. (Not looking for hate pls :< ) But does anyone have any tips to reduce the feet swelling or any good shoe recommendations that you have noticed reduce the pain by a little. Any tips are appreciated ^-^
