Avocado & cheese sandwiches?

I used to go to a family run deli in another state with a cold avocado and cheese sandwich on a French roll. It was massive soft roll, overflowing with an entire avocado (or maybe two or three) worth of slices, a THICK layer of cheese, tons of lettuce, red onions, a whole tomatoes' worth of slices plus dressing.

I had found a similar sandwich at a shop in the Portland area but it closed down. Thick cheese, tons of slices of avocado, plus other ingredients. The sandwiches I am looking for are generally specifically called "avocado and cheese" since those are the stars of the show, and they are usually cold on a roll.

Anywhere I can find a similar sandwich?
