De-winterize issues

Wondering if this is common or if I did something wrong or overlooked something. So I pumped RV plumbing antifreeze through my whole plumbing system before last winter as the trailer was stored outside in a place that gets lots of below freezing nights.

I just pumped it all out and flushed everything through, and a bunch of dried crusted anti-freeze clogged up some of the plumbing. The bath and toilet outlets are fine as they are large diameter all the way to output. But the kitchen sink clogged up completely. My kitchen sink is converted to a home faucet, so maybe the original didn't have as many tiny holes. But if flowed for a long time to flush through and then eventually stopped entirely. I disconnected the line from the valve inlet on the faucet to make sure it was just the actual faucet clogged and it is. But what the fuck? Am I really going to have to replace my kitchen faucet every time I de-winterize? It seems like just making sure everything is very empty is better than putting antifreeze through everything.
