Sever not working after three months of inactivity

Hello,

Recently booted up my dedicated server PC and started up the server after updating everything. The server is not allowed anyone to join including myself.

I shouldn’t have had any changes with port forwarding and I’m not sure where to start troubleshooting. Has anyone else had this issue? Any advice?
