Already booked, need an other room?

Hello! I couldn’t find the answer upon searching, so here is my scenario.

We had 3 people booked one room, decided one more wants to go, so made it 4. Now a 5th person wants to come. Can we move that 4th person to a new room to be with the 5th person? Is it as simple as calling royal?
