How much is your health insurance monthly premium/yearly deductible?

I am 27 years old and work for a big company 250k plus employees. At Previous employer I was paying $180 a month for mine and wife insurance .. $1k deductible which was pretty darn good ( this is a very well known company). New employer it would cost $800 a month for me and wife with a deductible of around $5k. Is it me or this is bad considering size of employer? Seriously considering o switching jobs because of this. What is your health insurance like?
