3 days post fistulotomy, botox for fissure, & colonoscopy

Hi all - 39 yr old female.

I had a simple fistulotomy this week and everything has been going so smoothly. First, I went to a CRS who I didn't click with, but then switched to another who I'd read great reviews about. So grateful I switched docs.

I had my first BM the night after the procedure and had no pain. Haven't had any pain so far, but also keeping my stools soft w/ miralax twice a day and stool softeners.

Yesterday I had a good amount of blood in my undies but today, just a little leakage and no blood.

Question: How long before I can go to a workout class? How long before I can jog, you think? I don't realy lift heavy weight. Just want to get cardio. Have def been taking walks.
