Just a little logical fuck up... Court provision.

I don't think I'm dooming over this too much, but if the parimaterian thingamajig (dunno how to spell it) is ignored, wouldn't that mean the court provision is back in play? Would it get challeneged immediately?

I'm scared that'll if it does, itll go to the supreme court and well, yknow how that goes. I know its basically political suicide as itll almost guarantee a wipeout in the midterms on its own, but it would mean the admin is unrestricted and things would potentially deteriorate really fast.

I try to think about things logically, but it kinda led me to this fatalist scenario on accident. Fucking Trump...
