How do I politely let my upstairs neighbor know how loud she walks?

She's not even big man. Regular sized. But she walks like SHREK. SO loud. I'll never understand how people don't consider that there are those below them, and to walk soft. I'm on the 2nd floor and walk sooo soft so the person below me never hears me.

But this new lady moved in above me 2 weeks ago and STOMPS till like 1-2 in the morning.

What is the absolutely most polite way to go about getting her to walk like a ballerina like I do??
