Looking for a tailor/seamstress for alterations

Im learning how to make clothes and I've hit a wall with the clothes I've made so far. Now they need to be altered to fit properly. Ideally, i'm looking for recommendations for an experienced tailor/seamstress in the area I could possibly pay to show me how to do these (kinda complex, for me anyway) alterations/give me tailoring lessons. Do you know of anyone? An approachable tailor/seamstress who does solid work? An auntie/uncle who alters the family's clothes?
