First ultrasound after suspecting endo for 7 months

NSFWDiagnostic Journey Questions

Hello, this might be long so I'm incredibly sorry. This is my first post in here. I had my tubes removed last year December 5th. Since then my periods and ovulation days are excruciating.(they never were before) Here are some symptoms that made me suspicious as I've never dealt with previously & following will be my ultrasound report:

-For approximately 2-3 days when Ovulation day comes, my abdomen is SO tender. Just my toddler gently laying his head on my abdomen sends me sitting up bawling in pain. -I bleed and spot anywhere between when I ovulate to my period.

  • I get stabbing quick lightening pains in my abdomen occasionally when I'm ovulating. -BM's when on my period kind of hurts, I get pain in my abdomen. Sometimes when I pee too. -I get excruciating headaches during my period -I get severe pain in my abdomen that radiates down my thighs and legs -The bloating.. -Painful "fun time" with my partner, doesn't matter if we switch things up. Sometimes I spot after too. -I'm tired. So so tired. -I get quite nauseous days leading up to my period -Extremely heavy flow -First 3 days I'm bed ridden in pain, over the counter pain medication doesn't help at all.

I know alot of times endo can be hard to be diagnosed through ultrasound. But can this be it?? Is this where I can FINALLY get my doctor to do the lap surgery to verify if what im dealing with is endo? I of course did my own research and i guess a negative sliding sign can be a marker for endometriosis?? The gynecologist is supposed to go over my ultrasound report with me this week, but I'm nervous I won't get any answers with what im dealing with and I'm so sorry tired of having anxiety attacks knowing my period or ovulation day is coming. I can't post a photo with this post so I'll copy and paste my report:
