Don't know what to do with Uni

To get straight to the point, I got 3 A in Bio Chem Math at A Level, but I was Med applicant and my interviews didn't get me in. I took a gap year to reapply for Med, didn't work either so I want to do something else. Now I'm sat on my hands with clearing round the corner lost for what I want to do next. I've been thinking about it for a while but I'm clueless about what to do. I don't really have a passion for much, but I'm quite sure I do not want to work in a McDonalds for the rest of my life, no offence to any McDonalds workers, and my gap year has kind of blown past me. Can anyone give me some advice for what to do next or what courses seem like they have a future?
