Partially off grid? is it possible?

My friend shared his off-grid attempt with me and I realized that power stations are getting cheaper. For example, Bluetti Apex 300 + B300K is $1,949, with a total of 5529.6Wh battery and the price is about $0.37/Wh. It's almost the basic setup. Plus adding some accessories, such as solar panels, it's able to provide a certain amount of power for several days.

Is it worth it? Would it help alleviate some of the problems (like offsetting some of the power costs) when energy prices rise in the future?
