Can anyone else wiggle fingers/ toes while in sleep paralysis. Or can anybody control what happens during sleep paralysis hallucinations

Ive recently started to experience sleep paralysis and one thing I have noticed that I have not heard from other people is that I can move my fingers and toes slightly. And once I realize that I can move them freely the hallucinations and paralysis end. Also, last night I started trying to control where the hallucinations affect me and I could move where I would hallucinate feeling of touch around my body if I focused on that area. And lastly, the first time I experienced sleep paralysis I did not hallucinate (other than a beating in my ears but I am not sure if that is a hallucination or blood flow in my ears), but these last two times I started to get tactile hallucinations and now I’m worried I will start to get worse in what I experience. I’m most worried that I will start to actually panic if this happens and staying calm is what I think prevents me from actually having scary hallucinations. Does anybody else get any of these? Or is it something else?
