Does anyone have any advice for immediate dentures in Olympia/Tacoma/Seattle?

Looking to have teeth extracted. Posts placed on top and bottom. Walk out with temporary dentures same day. Does anyone have experience with this? I was quoted over $20,000. Please share your story and any advice you have for me. Thanks.
