Ribbons for Remington Travel Riter

Hi all!

I just picked up my first typewriter from the parking lot of an ice cream shop and I dove in with less research than I usually do.

I am getting mixed messages on what kind of ribbons I need. Some are saying this typewriter is just a torpedo 20 and takes universal reels. Others are saying Remington doesn’t take universal.

I don’t want to spend money on reels I can’t use since this is my only machine.

What should I do?

Bonus question: what kind of paper do I put in this thing?
