I’m going to crash out (music equipment suggestions) ????

 Ok so every music sub I’ve taken this to took it down because they suck, so now I’m taking it here as my last try. My question is copy and pasted below, if I happen to catch someone who knows their shit about this stuff then I’d be very grateful.

Hello everyone, I’m an amateur musician who has previously been recording music through equipment available at my school. I recently graduated, and with some money I got as a gift I bought a refurbished MacBook and midi controller to run Logic Pro, as that’s the program I’m familiar with. I’m now looking for good, but fairly inexpensive recording equipment, as I don’t have a very large budget. If anybody has any suggestions, please let me know. Also, should I invest in also purchasing an equalizer to run the mic through? I already know having one would be more helpful for having a headphone jack and volume control. Let me know your suggestions, and thank you in advance!
