Call of Cthulhu ttrpg oc design ideas?

Howdy! I'm currently working on a design for a call of Cthulhu character and I wanted some ideas for how to draw his eyes. Sounds weird but basically the man looked at an eldrich god and now his eyes look weird but I'm drawing a blank on what I could do to creatively make his eyes look noticeably off/unnatral. Any input would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!
