9800x3d/7800x3d mouse heavy/floaty/ingame delay

Hello, first of all sorry for my bad englando i am from germany.

To my story.

I was high level player back in csgo. Reached global and faceitvl10

On my old pc i had like 200 frames But my aim was godlike.

Then After couple of years i decided to upgrade my pc.

First i bought 7800x3d was happy to test it. My frames was 500+ but my game feeld choppy like input delay.

I was thinking whats wrong with my system?

I sold my 7800x3d and bought 5700x3d and 9800x3d

On all systems i had this delay. It was playable but maybe for casuals.

After 1year, i changed many settings.

Bios settings , windows settings, customIOS, delay killer tools etc.

But nothing helped.

I finally found something interessting.

It just a small fix. Like 1 second fix .but huge feel on games and input My mouse was 1:1 feel without any delay . My aim is constant without heavy feeling

Any of u guys have same experience? Pls tell me

I saw summit1g stream and he have 9800x3d too Summ was "pro player" back in csgo Now i watch his stream and he play like face it lvl 3 and crying whats wrong with my aim?

I will share the fix soon. I am thinking about to sell it for money.. cause this shit took me nearly 1 year to found.
