Massive inconsistency in my ball striking

I’ve been a golfer for nearly my entire life on and off and now I’m looking to take things more seriously. I’m trying to diagnose and fix the bad parts of my swing and become consistent. I can recognize I’m probably coming inside too much on my takeaway and also definitely swinging too hard even when I’m trying not to. These videos are literally me trying to lay off.
