Allow us to join an ongoing Rift while in a group

I heard you devs are quite receptive to feedback, so here's one; let us join a Rift in group while it's already ongoing, because you decided that somehow preventing us from accessing the Portal while in the group was a good idea. What are we supposed to do in the meantime? Go to the Cool Zone and twiddle our fingers, hoping our teammates are done with their selected Rift? Come on now.
