How to convert 72 ppi to 300 dpi without losing quality

Technique

Hi guys, I'm having a bit of a problem here. My client says that he needs the same images in 72 ppi for screens and 300 dpi for prints. I have the 72 ppi pics. They are 1080p and 1:1 aspect ratio. How can i convert those into 300 dpi without losing any quality?

Secondly, I also want to color grade the pics. Is there any specific or different way of importing the dpi pics as compared to normal 72 ppi into lightroom or premiere pro without losing quality? Just asking incase softwares set it back to default 72 ppi or something like that. I would really appreciate the help. Thanks.
