Should I praise my daughter when she poops in her diaper…

My daughter did her first poo in the potty and when she saw it.. it scared her.. now we have a situation where she is scared to poop no matter what. We’ve been diligent in making sure she doesn’t get constipated using restoralax but she’s just so distressed… the other day she had five very small poops one of them didn’t even get anything on the diaper she was wearing and one more normal sized poop which to me says she is trying with all her might not to poop and today she’s spent most of the day fussy (saying poopoo, potty time, going to the gate like she needs a diaper change when she hasn’t gone yet, squatting, and grabbing at her diaper) because she needed to poop but wouldn’t let herself until she couldn’t help it which thankfully she’s gone twice today thank you restoralax.. I just don’t know what to do.. this is awful. I’ve tried sitting with her while she’s on the potty encouraging her to just go I’ve tried just comforting her but nothing seems to be helping. She’s so distressed 😫
