FtM BF is getting top surgery sometime, any ideas on gifts for his comfort?

context: I myself fall under the trans umbrella (not sure yet + parents don't know)

My FtM BF is getting top surgery sometime in the foreseeable future and I want to support him. I know there's a lot of pain in the first few weeks/months and i want him to be comfortable. I've heard pillows and mastectomy pillows are a good idea.

Are there any gifts/small items of comfort I could give him to help? Preferably discrete (my parents don't know either of us is trans) + under 30 bucks.
