Out of VRAM

I have a gtx 1070, it's been working great and has had no physical issues at all. I haven't installed any new programs or anything that could potentially hog resources. All of a sudden, whenever I play a game (I've only tested valorant, counter-strike 2, and overwatch 2), I can't have my browser (firefox) open or everything just crashes with an error that reads "Not enough VRAM to process textures". Can anyone help fix my issue?
