I’m starting to realize now that my disability is really inconvenient

When I was a child I developed osteoporosis in the back and I’m 28 now it’s no longer an issue but I have to be very careful not to damage it. I can’t do heavy lifting and I can’t run. I’m healthy and in good shape I’m pretty activate and take care of my health but I always need to be careful.

My husband is very activate and fit. He was in the marines in South Korea so he’s a very physically fit man lol. He’s aware of my condition and is always careful that I don’t do anything to hurt my back. But there are times I feel like I’m so different than him and I wish I could do physical activates that he likes to do.

We went to a mall today here in Korea and it had a big fun gym full of cool things to do. I’m not from South Korea so it was my first time going and experiencing it. I felt so embarrassed and sad I couldn’t do anything that my husband can do. He was doing all this crazy cool stuff and I just sat back and watched him. I can’t say I had fun I just felt like crying over feeling bad for myself. Something as simple as us playoff soccer was horrible I couldn’t keep up with him, I couldn’t run, and I couldn’t kick the ball. My husband felt so bad and thought it was a waste to go. I mean sure he could have done his research before us going but I just felt so horrible and I realized I can never do normal physical stuff that most people can do.
