Connection failed error.

Post recent patch randomly started getting “join failed” errors on an old save when attempting to play multiplayer. Tried the new save and switch method, mods and load order align, tried switching hosts, tried restarting the game and both our ps5’s and no luck. Not even with joining on a completely new save. What do I do?
