3 Phase 208V 100A 5 wire GFCI protection??

I have some military grade cord end receptacles to install in a garage/service bay. They are 3phase 208V 100A with a neutral. I haven't found a QOB breaker or separate GFCI modual to provide the required GFCI protection at that amperage/phase. Anyone ever install something similar to meet the code requirement? Having a wtf moment since it's been a code requirement for a few cycles, or am I thinking of this incorrectly??
