Hot tub installation

have an electrician to come check out my hot tub to install an electrical line. So I'm not blindsided with what he plans to do, does this make sense.

I have about 65 feet from my main breaker to my hot tub, 15 feet is outdoors, tub requires 60 amp.

Run NMD90 6/3 from the main breaker to the spa panel (runs through the unfinished basement and exits directly into the spa panel), convert to TECK90 from the spa panel to the hot tub, and run it clamped under the deck.
