Hiring Female Chatter Manager

We’re looking for a supportive, experienced, and organized Female Chat Manager to join our team. If you’ve got strong English skills, know how to motivate a team, and have experience in the OnlyFans space — this could be the perfect fit!

✨ What We’re Looking For:

C2 level English (written & spoken) At least 1 year as a Chat Manager or 2 years as a Chatter Comfortable working night shift hours (US time) Strong communication and leadership skills Must have experience handling paid accounts

🔧 Your Responsibilities:

Review chat convos and give helpful feedback Monitor live chats to make sure everything’s running smoothly Check daily sales and flag any dips Hold 1-on-1 check-ins every 2 weeks Create monthly account analysis reports Support chatters with any questions or issues Offer training to help improve sales and performance Submit performance reports every 1st and 16th of the month 💰 Compensation:

$500/month base pay
