32M and noticed the small spot under the toenail (pic included).

Is it concerning? I just noticed it today looking at my toe near the cuticle/white part area. No pain, no swelling. Located on my left foot toe.

Medical history: non-drinker, non-smoker. HBP and gout with NAFLD. On allopurinol, amlodipine w/benezaphril. 5'5" and 220 lbs.
