Do I need a GPU when using a capture card from Xbox to PC?

Hey, I was wondering if I need a gpu if I'm using a capture card from Xbox to pc. So basically if I'm playing a game and streaming it to my pc on obs I wouldn't need a graphics card in my pc to run obs right? Thanks!
