enrolment issues

i need bio 1a03 and chem 1a03 for sem 2 and post grad pre reqs. as a kin student, it wont let me enrol, saying the seats are reserved.

i’ve already emailed and everything, no response. anyone know what i can do? i’m only enrolled in 3 classes each sem as of rn, i desperately need these other 2!

if anyone can help or has advice pls lmk!
