keep away from subhub

StubHub forced me to resell my $220 ticket instead of giving a refund, then blocked my $168 payout unless I gave them my Social Security Number (TIN). I’m not a business — I lost money, but they still treat it like income.
This feels like a scam. No refund, then no payout unless you give personal info? Avoid StubHub at all costs.
