Walking to hotel from Lumen Field

Hello, visiting Seattle for a concert next month. We have been looking at a hotel on 5th Ave, about a 30 minute walk from Lumen Field Stadium. Would it be crazy to walk to the hotel at 12pm in that area? I don’t want to be a dumb tourist and put us in a potentially unsafe situation.
