I want my friend to break up with her boyfriend i think he’s love bombing her

Okay, I guess i don’t need her to break up with him but i definitely think their relationship is strange. First they’re both 18 so a little younger than me and my friend is definitely on the immature side. He is about 5’4 which is fine, but it’s strange to me because it’s definitely not her usual type. He’s also not very good looking and she’s gorgeous. A week into dating he asked her “who do you think will say i love you first?” WHO ASKS THAT. A few days before that, he invited her to his family trip to disney land. On their first date he asked if he could come over and meet her parents. He also told her he had a dream where she said “i love you”. I guess i just feel like he’s love bombing her. Do you agree or think i’m being too harsh
