New to Star Wars

I have never, Ever in my life seen an Star wars movies, It never really interested me, I always thought they di not looked that interesting, Until some months ago I finished this game called The Jedi fallen order and I loved it, Specially the aesthetics of the chips and Creatures I fought during the duration of the game.

As of now I am going to see some of the movies, I want something that may be similar to the game or something that can really make like the Movies and series.

What are your recommendations to somebody that never seen movies of the Star wars saga.
