Dog doesn’t want to go out

So within the last two weeks my 3 year old Great Pyrenees/Akita isn’t a fan of going outside in our yard. We live in Northern Ontario and the black flies/mosquitos are horrendous right now. We went for a walk today and she was fine, and yesterday took her out swimming - again fine. The issue is with being tied in the yard, and going to the bathroom. It’s like she dreads it, does not want to leave the deck and doesn’t want to do her business. After she comes inside she is itching and snapping at the bugs she brought in (she has long hair so they do attach and imbed). She’s eating fine, drinking but seems low in spirits. No limping - checked her feet, legs etc. It’s also pretty warm here and we don’t have AC in the house - only portable in the bedroom for when we sleep. She hasn’t had an accident - there was one last night but it wasn’t that she didn’t pee at all, she sleeps super deep and sometimes pees - not abnormal (2-3 times a year - no vet concern, it’s been followed up on). Just at a loss of how to help and what could be bothering her. Could it be the bugs?
